Back from the Dead
The past six weeks have been crazy hectic and of course the first thing to get neglected in that process is a personal blog. Let me give you a rundown of what has occurred in the past few months.
I have switched jobs, going from a startup environment (which I loved) to a much larger corporation, which has been great so far. I am still in the interactive field, but focused now entirely on Search Engine Optimization, managing a team of 15+ individuals for Cobalt.
Shortly after (the same day) accepting the job offer from Cobalt, I had an unfortunate accident visiting family in Chelan, Washington. I slipped and feel, breaking my fibula near my ankle. Needless to say, I have been in crutches and now a knee scooter for the past 6 weeks. Not fun to say the least.
However, the most exciting news in the past few months is that my wife Jessica and I are expecting our first child, a girl in the middle of September. We have already decided on a name (Addison) and we are working on putting the nursery together.
Since things have calm down, I should be back to adding more entries to blog. Stay tuned.
